There is nothing like historic Indian Ridge or as the locals call it, ''The Ridge'' Remember when neighborhoods had a good ole 4th of July Parade? This still does... just decorate your car, your bike, or wagon. If not, pull up a lawn chair and watch the spirit go by. Luminaries, community pool, (last I heard it is the oldest swim team in Tucson) . Surprisingly, for being in the heart of Tucson, serenity prevails. It is believed that this is the only home in the neighborhood with this plan. The glass framed fireplace, walls of windows,(replaced!) areas of beamed ceilings, and what Tucson is all about... a patio and outdoor spaces you will live in. Personally, if I didn't have a house, I would just have to start loving this one. How fun to reimagine this! Historic status so taxes are low.
